The Village of Cross Keys is a multi-use development composed of condominium units, retail shops, a hotel, office buildings, and recreational spaces.  The Cross Keys Maintenance Corporation (CKMC) is responsible for the areas in Cross Keys which are not owned by a specific condominium association, the Radisson Hotel or the office and retail areas.  This includes common areas such as lawns, trees, roads, street lighting, sidewalks, water and sewer lines, three swimming pools, the tennis courts and the Clubhouse.  CKMC is also responsible for security services at the Gatehouse and on the common community roads.


The property and all business affairs of CKMC are managed under the direction of a Board of Directors composed of one representative of each of the nine condominium associations; a representative of Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corporation, owner of the retail and office properties; and a representative of the Radisson Hotel.   Each Association names its representative, known as a “Director,” and may also identify two alternates who vote in the absence of a Director.  The Board elects four officers — President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer — and generally meets quarterly but may call a special meeting from time to time as needed.

Village Management (VMI), a privately owned corporation, provides management and maintenance services to CKMC.

All meetings begin at 6:30 pm and are held in the Village Clubhouse. Meetings are open to residents and minutes are available upon request from CKMC member representatives.

Community Etiquette


When calling 911 for an emergency, please try to also notify the Gatehouse at 410-435-2211 to further assist the first responders upon arrival.


Residents are asked to only park in the Clubhouse lot when using the Clubhouse facilities, swimming pool, or tennis courts.

If you live near the Clubhouse, please advise your guests and vendors or contractors not to park in this lot.

Violators of the policy may have their vehicle towed at their expense.


All residents are required to register their vehicles. Please contact individual condo management companies for applications and stickers.


Residents are asked to wear shirts and coverups on the way to the swimming pools and appropriate tennis clothing when playing tennis.

Pet Owner Information

When walking your dog, please be sure to keep it on a leash and pick up after it.  Additionally, dog waste stations are located at six convenient areas within the village. Dispenser locations are:

  • Cross Keys Road near Goodlow House
  • Cross Keys Road in Dunn’s Grove
  • Hamlet Hill Road opposite the Harper House entrance
  • South Gate Exit on Hamill Road
  • South Hill near the bench
  • Gate near Pool #2


Solicitation of any kind is not permitted in Cross Keys. Anyone seeing a solicitor should report them to the gatehouse or management office.


Feeding the birds and other wildlife may attract unwanted animals and insects that could pose a health hazard to those in the community. For those who wish to feed the birds, please place the feeders at least 10 feet away from your property.

Speed Limit

Please be aware that there is a 20-mph speed limit within the Village of Cross Keys. Pedestrians are asked to stay on the walking paths, where available.
