The Village of Cross Keys Seeks “Marketplace” Liquor License To Accelerate Restaurant Relocation & Development

The Village of Cross Keys is seeking a ‘marketplace’ liquor license that would make it possible for visitors to consume alcoholic beverages from the community’s restaurants in the courtyard and outdoor areas.

The new liquor license proposal that is currently being considered by state lawmakers would make it easier for restaurants opening up in Cross Keys to obtain a liquor license in the same manner as food halls and other shared markets in Baltimore City and neighboring areas. According to Arsh Mirmiran, principal for Caves Valley Partners, this liquor license would “accelerate bringing Cross Keys back to life.”
